Job summary

Lee's Frozen Food Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive - Payroll & HR Operations to ensure accurate and timely payroll, maintain compliant HR processes, and foster a positive employee experience across Southeast Asia.

You will leverage HRIS systems, collaborate with Finance, and support payroll-related queries while upholding Malaysian labour laws and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes precision, confidentiality, and timely delivery of payroll and HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Validate attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave records.
• Ensure statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax, and other government contributions.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and prepare HR documents.
• Oversee timekeeping, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
• Support recruitment and onboarding when required.
