Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a payroll-focused administrator to ensure accurate payroll processing, OT calculations, and timely government submissions. The role involves attendance checks using Fingertec, data entry for new hires, and maintaining staff records.

The candidate will handle leave records, insurance and Socso claims, as well as travel arrangements and other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll is computed correctly & paid.
• Ensure calculation of overtime (OT) and allowances is in accordance with company policy.
• Update employees leave record book.
• Ensure timely payment to Government Bodies e.g. EPF, Socso, IRD and HRDF.
• To check staff attendance using the Fingertec System.
• Data entry of new hires into payroll package.
• Keeping safe custody, retrieval & updating of staff's particulars and records.
• Ensure OT is approved by Dept Head.
• Submission of monthly statement to EPF, Socso and Income Tax Department.
• Attend to insurance and Socso claims.
• Make airlines and hotel reservations and Visas.
• Perform other appropriate duties assigned by superior from time to time.
