Job summary

OREN SPORT Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer to manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance. You will ensure accurate monthly payroll for all staff and handle deductions in line with KWSP, PERKESO, EIS and LHDN.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least two years of experience in generalist HR, and strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of professional HR experience in generalist or consulting role.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in HR payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process accurate, timely monthly payroll for all employees.
• Administer statutory deductions and contributions, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Act as primary liaison for external auditors during statutory, financial, or tax audits.
• Track and monitor daily staff attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism using HRMS.
