Job summary

VCB Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated HR Executive (Payroll) to manage monthly payroll and HR administrative duties. The role requires accurate calculations of salaries, allowances, deductions, and timely submissions of statutory contributions.

You will maintain attendance records, prepare payroll reports, handle payroll inquiries, and assist with onboarding/offboarding while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Malaysian regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, accounting, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years payroll and HR admin experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions.
• Maintain attendance and payroll records.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
• Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding.
• Support other HR admin duties.
