Job summary

KLINIK DR.ANA in Semenyih, Malaysia seeks a Payroll Officer to handle salary, OT, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions. You will prepare payslips and reports, and manage EA/CP22 forms for timely submission.

Requirements include a Diploma in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field, at least 1 year of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in accounting, finance, HR or related field.
• 1+ year of payroll/HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify salary, OT, allowance and deductions.
• Process and calculate EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CP38 & HRDF.
• Prepare payslips and payroll reports.
• Prepare EA forms (EA Form, Form E, CP22 & CP22A).
• Submit payroll and statutory documents to Finance.
• Handle payroll enquiries and assist with LHDN matters, audits and other payroll tasks.

Job Requirements
