Job summary

Links International, a leading payroll outsourcing partner in Asia, seeks a payroll professional to handle end-to-end processing for Australia and New Zealand payroll. You will support client relationships and deliver accurate payroll solutions in a fast-paced, MNC environment.

The role requires strong Excel and HRIS skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English. Hybrid work from Malaysia is available, with regional exposure and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing for Australia & New Zealand payroll.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing or shared services is advantageous.
• Ability to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide our payroll service to clients and maintain client relationships regularly.
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and related HR services for clients.
• Calculate salaries, pensions, leaves, commissions, and other compensation components.
• Liaise with authorities and service providers on pension, social insurance, tax, and statutory matters.
• Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, pay summaries, cost centre allocations, and payroll breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System.
• Participate in client meetings and provide advisory on HR issues related to labour laws and employment act.
• Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
• Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)

Requirements

• Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
• Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
• Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
