• Handle statutory submissions such as CPF and IRAS RAS.
• Prepare annual tax forms and related filings.
• Process insurance claims and NS claims.

We're Hiring: Payroll and Billing Executive!

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Payroll and Billing Executive

What You'll Do:

• - Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle CPF (Central Provident Fund), IRAS RAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore), and other statutory submissions.
• Prepare monthly payroll and ad-hoc reports.
• Prepare and issue billing to clients.
• Maintain payroll records and documents for audit purposes.
• Check and reconcile hours paid to employees against hours billed to clients.
• Handle IR21 (Tax Clearance) submissions.
• Prepare annual IR8A (Employment Income) forms.
• Process and submit NS (National Service) claims.
• Process and submit insurance claims.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in payroll or billing roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel
• Prior HR internship experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
