Job summary

NTT DATA Payment Services is seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive growth by launching new payment products and managing key external partners. You will work closely with schemes and merchants, supporting campaigns and delivering data-driven insights to optimize performance.

The role demands strong relationship-building, negotiation, and Excel proficiency, with 3–5 years in partnership management or business development. English is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in partnership management, business development, or related area.
• Strong understanding of payment business dynamics, market trends, and regulation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese is an added advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the launch of new payment products with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders, providing ongoing support.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns with payment schemes to drive adoption through merchants.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance; prepare reports and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of payment products including regulatory reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the superior.
