Job summary

Ant International is seeking an Account Manager to support our global partner service management for Alipay+ and its wide range of payment methods. You will manage day-to-day partner operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and coordinate with partners to drive operational excellence.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to enhance self-service tools, monitor performance, and produce dashboards; 5+ years in partner or account management in fintech are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner service management or equivalent in fintech or payments.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Able to execute and scale processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership of partner success and health.
• Proficient communication in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners and align on operational goals.
• Build trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Ensure high availability of cross-border payment services for assigned partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance to deliver integrated operational solutions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.
