Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in payment solutions, fintech, technical support, pre-sales, or merchant services.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, APIs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in acquiring new merchants by providing technical expertise during client meetings.
• Analyze merchant business and technical requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding, including payment gateway and API integrations.
• Work with merchant IT teams to conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Track project timelines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful merchant go-live.
