Job summary

A leading SME digital finance platform in Kuala Lumpur seeks an intern to assist in sales operations, including customer troubleshooting, sales tracking, and documentation. The role requires strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive attitude. This internship offers a monthly allowance of RM1,000 and promotes flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders.
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
• Stay updated with new product and feature launches.
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
• Assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
• Compile and check company/business registration documents.
• Record and update internal systems for financing applications.
• Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance documents.

What you will do:

• To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information.
• To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
• To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
• To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
• To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
• To record/update internal systems for any financing application.
• To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).
• Comfortable with digital communication tools.

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.
