Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku offers an internship in Kuala Lumpur focused on supporting sales operations and customer-finance processes. You will assist with troubleshooting orders, track sales metrics, and stay aligned with product launches to keep the sales team informed.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or communications, with strong English and Mandarin skills. Basic MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and digital communication

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing troubleshooting for customer orders, account statuses and related issues.
• Assist in managing sales tracking tools and reporting on key information
• Stay updated with new product launches and ensure the sales team is informed
• Liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies
• Assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators
• Compile and check company/regulatory documents
• Record/update internal systems for financing applications
• Prepare financing agreements and related documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you will do:

• To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information
• To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators
• To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents
• To record/update internal systems for any financing application
• To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred)
• Comfortable with digital communication tools
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Results-oriented with a proactive mindset
• A team player with a collaborative approach
• Resilience and perseverance in handling rejections or challenges

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,200.
