Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku invites students pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications to join our internship program in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves assisting with customer orders, sales tracking, and staying aligned with new product launches.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• To assist in providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• To assist in Managing sales tracking tools and report on important information.
• To stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
• To liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
• To assist in developing and monitoring performance indicators.
• To compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
• To record/update internal systems for any financing application.
• To prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
• To assist Sales Officer in daily sales & marketing activities.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

What you will do:

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.
