Job summary

MetaComp is expanding its Payment & Card Operations team in Singapore to manage the full lifecycle of client money movement across digital assets and fiat currencies. You will own deposits, payments, trading flows, and withdrawals, collaborating with Relationship Managers and the broader Operations group in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in payment operations or related finance roles.
• Experience with fiat and crypto payments is a strong plus.
• Experience with reconciliation of transactions.
• Experience in card operations, chargebacks preferred.
• Regulated environment exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor deposits across fiat and crypto.
• Validate inbound deposits against client instructions and credit balances.
• Execute outbound withdrawals and payments to bank accounts and wallets.
• Act as maker/checker on outbound payment instructions.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on status; handle escalations.
• Handle RFI responses for flagged transactions.
• Support whitelisting of third-party sender/beneficiary accounts per compliance.
• Oversee card issuance, top-ups, and chargebacks; manage disputes.
• Perform daily transaction-level reconciliation against bank ledgers.
• Escalate breaks and produce daily reconciliation reports.
