Roche Diagnostics Malaysia is seeking a Customer Innovation & Consulting Partner to shape and enable the Roche Diagnostics Malaysia strategy. You will implement, train, and support the digital solution product, driving transformation across healthcare systems and partnering with key stakeholders.

You will deliver consultancy services, analyze data, develop marketing plans, and build mutually beneficial partnerships with major accounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement, train and support the digital solution product for healthcare customers.
• Provide healthcare consulting to internal and external stakeholders to transform systems.
• Develop digital product marketing strategies for the Malaysia market.
• Deliver consultancy services, draft proposals and negotiate strategic alliances.
• Assist in yearly marketing planning and opportunities with major accounts.
