• Manage transportation of food and supplies and monitor temperatures as required.
• Record and discard meals within stipulated time frames.
• Manage food inventory and par level supplies.
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashers.
• Perform light bookkeeping duties.
• Report kitchen malfunctions to supervisor promptly.
• Inspect food items and equipment regularly.
• Assist with food preparation for catering projects.
• Other duties as instructed by the organization.
