Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent education is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items by ensuring quality and quantity.
• Arrange plates and platters neatly on trays and plates.
• Prepare and assemble portions according to the menu.
• Store food and rotate stock in storage.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation according to guidelines.
• Assist with catering projects and food preparation services.
• Deliver food to rooms and collect meal trays within stipulated times.
• Report kitchen malfunctions to supervisor promptly.
