• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the clinic is opened on time daily and ready for operations.
• Coordinate daily schedule to minimize waiting time and gaps.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment confirmations.
• Perform patient follow-ups (missed appointments, reminders, progress check-ins).
• Maintain accurate patient records and update systems consistently.
• Handle billing, payments, and treatment package tracking.
• Educate patients on care plans and visit schedules.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and professional presentation at all times.
• Support basic admin or marketing tasks when required.
