Job summary

Mudah Health Capital is seeking a Clinic Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support daily clinic operations and deliver a child-friendly patient experience. The role requires strong administrative skills, CMS and Excel proficiency, and effective communication with families.

You will manage registrations, scheduling, and records, assist clinicians, handle front-d desk tasks, and contribute to reporting and inventory processes in a busy pediatric environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in healthcare or administration-related field preferred.
• Proficient with CMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up using the clinic’s CMS.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information promptly.
• Assist pediatrician and staff with daily patient flow coordination.
• Handle front-desk tasks including inquiries, payments, and issuing receipts.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Generate reports and track clinic metrics using Excel.
