Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
• Register patients, schedule appointments and manage records.
• Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries politely.
• Assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision (vital signs, room preparation).
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data protection compliance.
• Process payments and manage billing procedures.
• Restock supplies and keep the clinic clean and organized.
• Support general administrative duties for smooth operations.
