Job summary

KPJ Miri Specialist Hospital invites applications for a patient services role. You will register new patients, open new episodes for existing patients in KCIS2, and ensure PDPA forms are signed.

You will also handle payments from cash paying patients and issue receipts. Additionally, you will refund any excess payment and generate refund vouchers, with approvals by the Business Office Executive for amounts over RM500 or by the Chief Cashier for other cases.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and open new episode for existing patient in KCIS2. To update complete patient detail information into the system on timely basis. To ensure PDPA form is signed by patient.
• To receive payment from cash paying patients- pay mode – cash, credit cards, online transfer and through apps. To ensure receipt is issued for every payment received.
• To refund any excess payment made by patient. To generate refund voucher and authorized by Business Office Executive for amount >RM500 or Chief Cashier for amount
