Job summary

• Ability to follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks during busy service periods
• Prior experience in a pastry or bakery environment is an advantage
• Certificate or diploma in culinary arts, pastry, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in hospitality operations
• Commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
