MST Golf Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the pastry section of our kitchen. You will manage an assigned pastry station, ensuring desserts are prepared and plated to the highest standards while upholding hygiene and consistency.

With 3–5 years in pastry, you will work under the Pastry Chef, support daily service, manage mise en place, and help minimise waste. A Certificate/Diploma in Pastry Arts or related field is required, and willingness to work shifts,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years pastry or baking experience.
• Certificate/Diploma in Pastry Arts or related field.
• Knowledge of pastry preparation and dessert presentation.
• Good food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and produce pastries, cakes, and plated desserts.
• Organisation of pre-service mise en place to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate supplies to minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work area in line with SOPs.
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, presentation, and portions.
• Assist in ensuring pastry section operates efficiently during service.
• Support Pastry Chef and kitchen team in daily operations.
