Qualifications

• Proficient in pastry, bread baking, and chocolate techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for guests and team members efficiently, economically, and hygienically per recipes and procedures.
• Assist Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Plan and implement high quality food and beverage products and setups across areas and restaurants.
• Work with recipes, standards and plating guides; ensure cleanliness and hygiene per FSMS and HACCP standards.
• Support inventory, coordinate production for kitchen and off-site events when required.
• Respond effectively to guest requests and maintain professional attitude with team members.
