Job summary

Tan Chong Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a versatile product and business planning professional to act as a liaison with principals, prepare business plans and market data, and support product development through pricing and documentation.

You will coordinate end-to-end processes, assist with franchise and CKD/CBU approvals, deliver product training to sales teams, present products to customers, and help prepare tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Act as window person to potential and new principals.
• Prepare comprehensive business plans and supporting market data.
• Conduct competitor product comparisons to support product planning and development.
• Develop product pricing strategies in collaboration with principals, sales, and marketing teams.
• Prepare and review related agreements and documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end processes, including technical evaluation and branding development.
• Support Franchise Holder and CKD Assembly application approvals.
• Manage Pre-CKD CBU AP application and approval processes.
• Conduct and support new product and feature training for sales personnel.
• Provide product explanations and technical support to potential customers.
• Assist in preparation and submission of tender documentation.
