• Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Good planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist spare parts store day-to-day operations (Including goods posting in SAP system)
• Perform inventory receipt for all the parts ordered and ensure all parts received are tally with PO and DO.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inventory. Perform data entry in the SAP system
• Picking and preparing parts for technicians according to the part transfer order.
• Sorting of recyclable returned and scrapped parts.
• Responsible in loading / unloading of spare parts with the assistance by warehouse technicians.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Participate in scheduled annual stock count and actively provide feedback / recommendations / suggestions in spare parts storage.
