Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks a Parts Controller Executive to manage admin tasks, refine procedures, and oversee spare part inventory. You will ensure documentation for all shipments, verify stock against purchase orders, and inspect incoming goods to maintain quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibility:

• Manage, schedule and supervise the admin
• Adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods have documentation support.
• Ensure admin have place the spare part at the appropriate storage areas
• Monitor and manage the inventory (spare part) control
• Inform superior of any stock issues (eg. missing, extra & etc.)
• Ensure item & quantity received is accurate with purchase order
• Inspect quality of incoming goods
• Take charge of name plate production for every completed turbo when necessary
