Job summary

Kah Motor Company Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warranty Claims Administrator to manage warranty claim administration, monitor submissions, and prepare documentation (photos, videos, technical sheets) to minimize rejections. The role requires 2–5 years of warranty experience in an authorised automotive dealership; EV experience is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and dealer management systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of warranty experience in an authorised automotive dealership; EV experience preferred.
• Familiar with warranty claim procedures, documentation, parts handling, and claim submission systems.
• Knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, and high-voltage safety is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and automotive dealer management systems.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
