X Mobility Sdn. Bhd., XPENG’s Malaysia partner, is expanding its aftersales team and seeks a detail-oriented Parts Advisor to manage inventory and support workshop technicians. The role involves handling parts inquiries, stock control and ensuring accurate cataloging for EV components.

Candidates with 1–2 years in a 3S/4S dealership network will excel, especially those with automotive tech or logistics background. A fast-paced environment and safety-minded attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years as Parts Advisor/Storekeeper/Inventory executive in a dealership network.
Diploma or SPM/Certificate in Automotive Tech, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
Proactive approach with safety consciousness and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inventory management of EV spare parts and components using computerized systems.
Interpret parts catalogs to provide correct components and repair kits to technicians.
Handle over-the-counter inquiries, provide stock quotes and process sales orders.
Monitor stock levels, raise purchase requests, track shipments from regional depot.
Conduct periodic stock takes and ensure safe handling of sensitive EV parts.

We are expanding our aftersales team and looking for a detail-oriented Parts Advisor / Parts Specialist to manage parts inventory, support workshop technicians, and maintain seamless spare parts operations.

About Us

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, log, and organize high-voltage and standard EV spare parts, accessories, and components using computerized inventory software.
Workshop Support: Interpret parts catalog diagrams accurately to provide the correct components and repair kits to service technicians in a timely manner.
Counter & Customer Sales: Handle over-the-counter parts inquiries, provide accurate stock quotes, and process sales orders for retail or wholesale clients.
Ordering & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, raise purchase requisitions, track incoming shipments from the regional central depot, and minimize parts lead times.
Auditing & Compliance: Conduct periodic physical stock takes, audit inventory variances, and ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive EV components (such as battery modules and electronics) following factory safety standards.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Storekeeper, Inventory Executive, or Automotive Warehouse Assistant in a 3S/4S dealership network (EV or premium brand experience is an advantage).
Education: Diploma or SPM/Certificate in Automotive Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Skills:
Good numerical skills, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
Fair command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Attributes: Proactive, safety-conscious, physically fit for store operations, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
