Job summary

Arvion Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Partnership Manager with at least 2 years in CFDs sales or business development. You will identify and onboard IBs, affiliates, and clients while managing portfolios and driving revenue growth.

The role requires strong English and Arabic language skills and experience with MT4/MT5. You will collaborate with marketing, dealing, and operations to deliver a seamless experience, attend industry events, and maintain regulatory-compliant

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in Business Development or Sales within CFDs industry.
Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 and FX/CFD products.
Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Client & partner acquisition: onboard Introducing Brokers, affiliates, partners, and retail clients.
Portfolio management: grow existing IB and client relationships with engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Sales target achievement: meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Market research & prospecting: identify opportunities for growth in regions and verticals.
CRM & pipeline management: use CRM tools to track leads and progress.
Compliance & onboarding: ensure onboarding complies with regulations and internal processes.
Brand representation: represent the brand at industry events and partner meetings.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, dealing, and operations teams.
