Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive Partner Network Manager to oversee a portfolio of partner-operated delivery territories in Malaysia. You will drive partner performance, optimize network operations, and engage with partners to scale the last-mile delivery network across the region.

You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct performance reviews, and support onboarding of new partners while traveling to partner sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing external partners, vendors, franchisees, or business operators is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational and commercial performance of a portfolio of delivery partners and monitor KPIs.
• Analyze network performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with partner owners and act as escalation point for operational matters.
• Identify and evaluate prospective delivery partners and support onboarding and launches.
