Job summary

Jins Health Group Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse/fulfilment assistant to support online orders and stock control.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. You will handle online orders via Shopee and Lazada, pack and prepare goods for delivery, and assist with stock counting and order preparation.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to accurately check orders, goods, stocks and greeting cards.
• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to assist with packing, stock counting and order preparation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Shopee, Lazada or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle online orders via Shopee, Lazada & our own website
• Handle Hamper Centre Order, Delivery & Stocks
• Handle system adjustments & DO (Delivery Order)
• Check orders, goods & greeting cards to ensure accuracy
• Pack and prepare goods for delivery
