Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented individual in Shah Alam to support online order processing and stock management. Training will be provided and no prior experience is required.

You will handle orders across Shopee, Lazada, and our website, assist with packing, stock counting and delivery preparation, and maintain accuracy in goods and greeting cards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately check orders, goods, stocks and greeting cards.
• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to assist with packing, stock counting and order preparation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Shopee, Lazada or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle online orders via Shopee, Lazada & our own website.
• Handle Hamper Centre Order, Delivery & Stocks.
• Handle system adjustments & DO (Delivery Order).
• Check orders, goods & greeting cards to ensure accuracy.
• Pack and prepare goods for delivery.
