Job summary

Jins Health Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an entry-level Fulfillment Assistant in Shah Alam. Training will be provided and you will support online orders, stock checks and packing for delivery.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Shopee or Lazada and basic computer skills are a plus for this role.

• Detail-oriented and able to accurately check orders, goods, stocks and greeting cards.
• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to assist with packing, stock counting and order preparation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Shopee, Lazada or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle online orders via Shopee, Lazada & our own website.
• Handle Hamper Centre Order, Delivery & Stocks.
• Handle system adjustments & DO (Delivery Order).
• Check orders, goods & greeting cards to ensure accuracy.
• Pack and prepare goods for delivery.
