Job summary

Hafizi Gadget (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a friendly retail assistant to welcome customers, answer questions, and process purchases at the POS. You will maintain an attractive sales floor and assist with stock and inventory checks, including WhatsApp inquiries and basic data entry in Google Sheets.

You will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while following store policies and ensuring security and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and assist with inquiries and purchases.
• Operate POS accurately for cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with well-displayed stock.
• Assist with inventory and stock intake, noting damages and discrepancies.
