Job summary

Proquaz Sdn. Bhd. invites a Part‑time Sales Representative to join an early childhood education center focused on 3 to 12-year-old learners.

You will engage families, present CIC programs, and drive sales while supporting social media efforts and basic admin tasks. The role offers travel between centres and a flexible 3–6 month contract, with transport support and parking provided. The candidate should have a minimum of SPM/Cert/Diploma, fresh graduates welcome, and strong Malay/English

Qualifications

• Candidates with at least an SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales and customer service will be an added advantage.
• Friendly, confident, and enjoy engaging with people.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Malay and English is required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales and demonstrate the ability to close deals effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present and communicate CIC's program offerings clearly to customers.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and parents in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain regular follow-up communication with teachers at CIC's centre.
• Assist in planning and supporting live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Help grow and maintain an up-to-date database of potential customers and prospects.
• Collect and record customer feedback to help improve our programs and services.
• Use internal systems to generate invoices and receipts accurately.
• Prepare memorandums and fee structure documents when required.
• Assist in processing student registration and enrolment procedures.
• Compile and submit regular intake reports and commission analysis summaries.
