Job summary

Hirehub is assisting an established English language education centre in Johor, seeking passionate education professionals to drive student enrolments and learner confidence.

You will consult with parents to assess needs, convert enquiries into trial lessons, manage enrolment targets, and coordinate with teachers to align expectations with services. Location options include Austin Crest, Nusa Bestari, or Kulai Centre.

Qualifications

• Sales or high-end service experience preferred across sectors like education, insurance, or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify customer needs.
• Patient, confident, professional, able to handle objections and price comparisons.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; English sufficient for international parents.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and Claude/Gemini.
• No specific academic qualification required; clear thinking and communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and convert enquiries into trial lessons and enrolments.
• Review trial lesson performance with parents and complete enrolment.
• Manage personal enrolment targets and conversion rates.
• Maintain student records, learning progress, class schedules, and parent communications.
• Collaborate with teachers to align parents’ expectations with the centre’s services.
• Act as a bridge between parents and teachers to ensure effective communication.

JD – Job Description

• Conduct in-depth consultations with parents to understand their children's English learning needs and recommend suitable courses and learning methods.
• Analyze students' learning background, current proficiency, and learning challenges.
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and convert enquiries into trial lessons and enrolments.
• Review students' trial lesson performance with parents and complete enrolment.

JR – Job Requirements

• Sales or high-end service experience, preferably in insurance, property, fitness, beauty, automotive, luxury retail, travel, or education.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customers' actual needs.
• Patient, confident, professional, and able to handle customer objections and price comparisons.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; English must be sufficient to communicate comfortably with international school parents.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and Claude/Gemini.
• No specific academic qualification required; clear thinking and communication skills are important.

Salary: Basic Salary RM4k + Monthly Performance Incentives + Quarterly Bonuses (4 times per year). High-performing consultants can earn a monthly income of RM7,500-RM9,500.
