Job summary

Siti Khadijah Apparel Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support garment inspection, defect tagging, and data recording. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards across fabric and product checks and coordinating with warehouse for quarantine of defects.

The position involves daily QA tasks, data entry into QA sheets, and contributing to ongoing daily/weekly management reporting. Training and career growth opportunities are available within the company

• Inspection Support: assist in AQL sampling, carton opening, sample picking, and defect checking (measurement, stitching, lace, stains).
• Defect Handling: tagging/segregating defective units and coordinating with warehouse for isolation of defective stock.
• Reporting & Documentation: record inspection data in QA sheets and trackers; support daily/weekly management reports.

Job description

Working days/hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Manpower required: 8 pax

Job Scope:

1. Inspection Support

Assist in AQL sampling: carton opening, sample picking, and defect checking (measurement, stitching, lace, stains),

Support escalation to 100% QC when defect levels exceed tolerance

2. Defect Handling

Tagging and segregating defective units

Coordinating with the warehouse team for isolation of defective stock

3. Reporting & Documentation

Recording inspection data in QA sheets and trackers

Supporting daily/weekly reporting for management review
