Job summary

GJSIXTYSIX Sdn Bhd in Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands, is seeking restaurant staff. You will greet customers, take and deliver orders, handle cashier duties, and maintain a clean dining area. Training is provided, and weekend/Public Holiday shifts are required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment while based at the Genting Highlands location.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Malaysian citizens are preferred.
• With or without experience, training will be provided.
• Positive working attitude, responsible, and a team player.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be based in Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle payments (cash and e-wallet/card transactions) and operate the cashier system.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and cashier areas.
• Assist in kitchen coordination and daily restaurant operations when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns.
