Clarks group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to welcome shoppers, demonstrate products, and provide clear information to help them decide on purchases. You will engage with customers in English and Bahasa Malaysia, assist with promotions, and ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised according to brand guidelines.

This role requires punctuality, neat grooming, and the ability to operate a POS system while delivering accurate sales records.

Formación

• Educated to SPM level.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Basic knowledge of retail operating environment.
• Retail management and store operation.
• Footwear industry experience preferred.
• Basic visual merchandising.
• Housekeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers.
• Identify interested customers and provide product information.
• Articulate promotions and incentives to educate customers.
• Deliver sell-through to meet personal sales targets.
• Perform up-sell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Record sales via the POS system.
• Replenish shelves and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep areas neat; return items to correct locations.
• Provide excellent service to customers and vendors.
• Perform stock checks and counts as instructed.
• Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Observe punctuality and proper grooming standards.
• Ensure store security and report breaches.
• Attend to customer feedback/complaints and upscale when necessary.
