Qualifications

• Must have SPM education.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of retail operating environment.
• Retail management and store operation.
• Footwear industry familiarity helpful.
• Basic visual merchandising.
• Housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain products and services to persuade customers to purchase.
• Identify interested customers and provide additional brand information.
• Articulate promotions and incentives to educate customers to buy.
• Deliver sell-through to meet personal sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Record sales using the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish shelves and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and return items to correct places.
• Provide excellent service to customers and vendors.
• Perform regular stock checks and counts as instructed.
