Qualifikationen

• Educated to SPM level.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the retail operating environment.
• Retail management and store operation concepts.
• Footwear industry familiarity.
• Basic visual merchandising principles.
• Housekeeping and store upkeep.

• Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase.
• Identify interested customers and provide brand and product information.
• Explain promotions and incentives to educate customers to buy.
• Deliver sell-through to meet personal sales targets.
• Perform up-sell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Record sales accurately via the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish shelves and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep areas neat and return items to correct locations.
• Provide excellent service to customers and vendors.
• Conduct stock checks and periodic stock counts as instructed.
