Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with food preparation and other daily outlet operations.
• Ensure tables, equipment, and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
• Replenish stocks and supplies when necessary.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
