Job summary

ARBELL HOSPITALITY SDN BHD is seeking a front-of-house service crew in Kuala Lumpur. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders confidently, and ensure each guest feels seen and appreciated while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

As part of a fast-paced multi-outlet environment, you will handle table turnover, assist with opening and closing routines, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service and a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders confidently.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service stations and front-of-house equipment.
• Manage queue flow and assist walk-in guests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Assist with opening and closing routines, including basic cleaning and restocking.
