Job summary

TimeTec Computing Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a meticulous Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot Parking Management Systems (PMS). You will handle escalations from L1, diagnose hardware/software issues, and perform SQL-based data auditing for financial and log integrity.

The role requires Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) and English, with 2+ years in L2 support or systems integration.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (read, write, speak) and solid command of English.
• Technical experience: 2+ years in L2 technical support, application support, or systems integration.
• Database skills: Strong SQL query skills (SELECT, JOINs, AGGREGATEs) for data auditing and log extraction.
• Hardware & systems: Familiarity with IoT devices, payment gateway integrations, serial/network interfaces, and peripheral hardware.

Responsibilities

• L2 escalation & problem resolution: diagnose and resolve complex tickets from L1.
• Hardware & systems maintenance: troubleshoot PMS hardware, gate barriers, LPR cameras, and payment terminals.
• Database & financial auditing: run SQL queries to analyze logs and reconcile transactions.
• Vendor & engineering collaboration: work with Tier 3 engineers and vendors for fixes and deployments.
• Documentation & knowledge transfer: maintain resolution logs and update knowledge bases.
