NielsenIQ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Panel Communication Specialist to manage and enhance the experience of panel members involved in Media Measurement projects. You will craft engaging English content and oversee panel database management.

The role requires strong writing, project management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior Zendesk experience and a degree in Communications, English, or Marketing are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for member engagement.
• A people-person, comfortable engage with people as well as to liaise over phone call.
• Familiarity with market research, consumer panels, project management is advantageous.
• Having prior experience with Zendesk customer support software, along with a background in project management and strong customer service skills, is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to diversify channel recruitment sources to reach out to wider audience, boost potential new panel member interest and engagement through creative and relevant content.
• Response Management: Address queries and concerns from panel members through email and other channels with timely and accurate responses.
• Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content for newsletters, bulletins, web portal updates, email campaigns, and ad-hoc materials.
• Content Calendar: Create/manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of content and communications.
• Database maintenance: Conduct panel member database maintenance and quality control validations.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights for content creation.
