Job summary

JDE Peet's in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep packaging and processing equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults, and maintain accurate records of repairs and activities.

The ideal candidate holds a technical certification or higher, has 2–5 years in a processing industry (fresh graduates welcome), and is familiar with automation and enterprise tools such as SAP, PRS, and machine

Qualifications

2 to 5 years in a processing industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Mechanical / electrical / pneumatics / electronics experience
Knowledge of automation
Pack office / SAP / PRS / Machine interface software

Responsibilities

Eliminates equipment abnormalities and actively participates in the correction of all major or minor defect.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment (packaging & mixing machine).
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues to minimize production downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Work closely with other teams from production, quality and project team to ensure smooth, efficient and daily operations.
