Job summary

unicore build sdn. bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the project warehouse operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for all materials and equipment.

You will receive, inspect, store, and issue items, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with project teams on material requirements to support timely project delivery.

Willingness to work at overseas project sites is valued and expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse management experience in construction or engineering.
• Familiar with construction materials, MEP materials and/or waterproofing materials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project warehouse to keep it clean, organized, safe and properly maintained.
• Receive materials, equipment, tools and consumables delivered to the project site and check quantity, specifications, model and condition against Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and related documents.
• Report any shortage, damage, incorrect items or quality issues to the relevant person in charge.
• Issue materials, tools and equipment to project teams based on approved material requests and ensure proper authorization before issuing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and identify materials that are low in stock or approaching minimum stock levels.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and submit them to the Project Manager or Project Management Team.
• Maintain records of project tools, equipment and machinery and monitor their condition.
• Receive unused or excess materials returned from project sites and record material transfers between warehouse, site and different project teams.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, MEP team, Waterproofing team, Procurement and other relevant departments regarding material requirements.
• Ensure warehouse materials are stored safely and follow project safety rules and warehouse safety procedures.
