Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited seeks an Overseas IT Operations Expert (Based JB) to manage 24x7 IDC data center duties, respond to incidents, and optimize IT operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate projects, and ensure adherence to SOPs and SLAs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in data center environments, and strong bilingual communication. Based in Johor Bahru, the position emphasizes risk analysis and process improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Core Technology Disciplines, Management & Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including in data center are preferred.
• Proficient in incident analysis, driving optimization measures, strong team management ability.
• Skilled in cross-team and cross-cultural communication.
• Fluent in bilingual communication capabilities; proficiency in local language for work communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Lead team to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks; coordinate projects and cross-team collaboration.
• Be familiar with ticketing system and master SOPs; independently complete tickets and assist others in complex troubleshooting.
• Analyze and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios.
• Capable of managing and optimizing IDC data center operations and processes.

Overseas IT Operations Expert (Based JB)

1) As required by Alibaba Cloud, manage and participate in team execution of 24x7 or 5x8 IDC data center duty.

2) Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including temporary tasks, in accordance with SLA requirements.

3) Have comprehensive and in-depth understanding of IT operations work and related processes; for responsible IDC sites or campuses, proactively perform risk analysis, identify potential risks, establish risk control measures, and continuously optimize EOP and SOP processes.

4) Be familiar with the ticketing system, master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them; able to independently complete all tickets, assist network engineers and server experts in complex troubleshooting and problem resolution; ensure zero faults and efficient delivery; able to independently analyse and coordinate related teams to handle non-standard scenarios.

5) Capable of leading the team to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks; familiar with project management tools and methodologies, able to coordinate projects, optimize processes, establish technical standards, and drive cross-team collaboration.

Job Requirement:
