Job summary

Qualifications

• Junior College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field.
• Familiar with AGV systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prefer knowledge of sensor applications and warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt responses to fault reports and perform post-sales diagnosis and repair.
• Offer after-sales technical support for overseas projects, including remote assistance and on-site repairs.
• Provide technical training and prepare English-language service reports and operation manuals.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Manage branch-level spare parts and coordinate with HQ on local parts.
• Collect customer feedback and report on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local safety standards and regulations.
